Mi Biografia
Nací en Celaya, Guanajuato, México, emigré a los Estados Unidos a la edad de nueve años. Me incorporé a la sociedad y en poco tiempo aprendí el idioma primario de este país, completando mis estudios académicos básicos. Estudié durante dos años en la Universidad de Houston en busca de un título en Administración de Empresas. Poco después comencé a trabajar en una pequeña empresa inmobiliaria, que rápidamente se convirtió en una nueva empresa de desarrollo masivo y logró grandes hitos en un período de catorce años. El ambiente siempre fue rápido, lo que garantizó la satisfacción del cliente, que siempre fue la prioridad durante todo el tiempo que estuvo allí. Mi pasión por ayudar y educar a los clientes me motivó a embarcarme en esta industria hipotecaria con el objetivo principal de ayudar a muchos a lograr el sueño de ser propietarios de su casa. En mi tiempo libre, me encanta ser creativa y practico la cocina, la fotografía y la decoración, entre muchas otras cosas. Estoy agradecida por tener amistades increíbles a lo largo de los años, eso es parte de mi legado, siempre quise asegurarme de que cada persona que me permita servir esté satisfecha y reciba el mejor trato posible. Creo firmemente que la ética y la honestidad son esenciales para construir relaciones a largo plazo.
Como oficial de préstamos completamente bilingüe español/inglés, me esfuerzo por comunicarme claramente y con una expectativa clara. Estoy a una sola llamada, correo electrónico o mensaje de texto, nunca hay una pregunta incorrecta. Mi conocimiento de los programas de préstamos, las pautas y mi pasión por ser sincero me permiten brindar una evaluación rápida y precisa del potencial de nuestros clientes. Estoy segura de que cuando se trabaja en conjunto todo es posible.
My Biography
I was born in Celaya Guanajuato, Mexico, immigrated to the United States at the age of nine. Joined society and in a short time learned the primary language of this country, completing my basic academic studies. I studied for two years at the University of Houston in pursuit of a Business Administration Degree. Soon after began working in a small real estate company, that quickly became a new massive development company and achieved great milestones in a period of fourteen years. The atmosphere was always fast, ensuring customer satisfaction which was always the priority throughout the time there. My passion for helping and educating clients motivated me to embark on this Mortgage industry with the main goal of helping many to achieve the dream of owning their home. In my spare time, I love being creative and practices cooking, photography, and decorating among many others. I am grateful for having incredible friendships over the years, that is a part of my legacy, I always wanted to make sure that every person who allows me to serve is satisfied and receives the best possible treatment. I firmly believe that ethics and honesty are essential to build long-term relationships.
As a fully bilingual Spanish/English Loan Officer, I strive to communicate clearly and with a clear expectation. I am one call, email or text way, there is never a wrong question. My knowledge of loan programs, guidelines and my passion to be upfront allows me to give a quick and accurate assessment of our clients' potential.
